MOP is a government registered 501-c-3 non-profit, so your contributions are tax-deductible. Your contributions are needed and even small donations make a huge difference. Every $1 buys 12 oysters that each filter 30 gallons of water a day. So $10 will filter 3600 gallons of water per day, or 108,000 gallons per month. That is a huge return on your investment. Importantly over 90% of every dollar goes into oysters. We are an all volunteer organization. So your donation is not going into overhead. There are three ways to donate- First, you can get our affinity credit card, second, you can use PayPal. Finally, there is sending a check by regular US Mail.
