Oyster Placement October 25, 2008 at the Constitution Marina Charlestown

Wow! what an exciting day. With close to 100 hundred people, a terrific group of volunteers, four boats and a group of children excited by a brighter future there is nothing that we can't do. We were surprised to learn the day earlier that we would have 50,000 extra oysters thanks to the team at Island Creek. The Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries was impressive as they rapidly amended our permit. Here are some photos of the day.
