Corporate volunteer opportunities

The Mass Oyster Project offers volunteer opportunities all over the Massachusetts coast. Examples include site monitoring, helping to care for baby oysters at our upwellers, site remediation, beach clean-up, and shell preparation.

While we offer standard volunteer options, we can work with your team to design the perfect experience.

Every visit includes

  • Introduction to Mass Oyster Project and why this work is so important

  • Boxed team lunch

  • Certificate of completion

  • Hands-on work suitable for all ability levels accompanied by a Mass Oyster Project team member

Packages and add-ons

  • $2,500 engagement fee

  • $4,000 engagement fee

    Experiences can be customized based on your team needs

  • North Shore:
    $1,200: Oyster happy hour with Great Marsh Shellfish Farm

    $1,800: Join us for an afternoon sail on Gloucester Maritime’s two schooners, the Ardelle or Isabella

    Cape Cod:
    $1,200: Oyster happy hour with Cape Oyster Experiences
