Mass Audubon’s Joppa Flats Education Center will host the Massachusetts Oyster Project for an informative and inspiring program on oyster restoration across the North Shore. Our team will share the story of our organization, the role oysters play in improving water quality, strengthening coastlines, and supporting biodiversity, and what we’re seeing in local waters today. Guests will gain insight into the challenges and opportunities facing oyster populations and learn how community involvement can make a meaningful impact. The program will conclude with an open Q&A session. Kids are welcome and encouraged.
