The evening will be led by guest Chef Gavin Lambert of 80 Thoreau and Bon Ami, cooking alongside Season to Taste's own Chef Robert Harris. Together, the two chefs will guide guests through a tasting menu built around some of the East Coast's most celebrated oyster purveyors, including Island Creek Oysters, Wulf's Fish, and Cuttyhunk Shellfish Farms.
