Join us for an Oyster Social celebrating both our longtime love of local oysters...and our partnership with the Massachusetts Oyster Project.
Chef Stephen Sherman, who has proudly served oysters from our coastal neighbors for years, will share stories about the local producers and growers he works with and why supporting local shellfish matters to him (and to our menus).
Guests will enjoy a tasting of locally harvested oysters, prepared a few different ways, alongside signature cocktails* featuring Ostreida vodka from The Industrious Spirit Company - the only vodka distilled with fresh-farmed oysters. Savory, briny, and coastal-inspired, it’s a natural pairing for this special event.
Along the way, representatives from the Massachusetts Oyster Project will share how oyster shells collected from restaurants like ours help restore reefs and strengthen Massachusetts waters.
